潜水作业不容差错。 The motor has to hold a sealing perimeter against seawater, dissipate heat without air cooling, survive vibration from the pump and start hard against load，for years, between teardowns.

316L 不锈钢焊接结构

Corrosion-resistant welded steel outer shell. All bolts and fasteners in 316L stainless. 为...而设计 continuous seawater contact and long-term submerged storage between deployments.

/02，密封

多级轴密封

机械密封作为主级,油封作为次级。通过氟橡胶环和复合材料实现静密封。电缆护套通过专用灌封工艺在终端处密封。

/03，绝缘

H 级定子绝缘

H 级槽绝缘、层间绝缘和浸渍漆，针对高运行温度精选。组装过程中执行完整的防潮工艺。

/04，保护

五区保护检测

定子过热、电机腔湿度、油腔湿度、电缆腔湿度和轴承温度，每一项都路由到开关柜保护器和操作员显示。

Pressure balancing for 一型I

Automatic pressure balancing devices equalise internal and external pressure. 一型 rated to 35 m, 一型I rated to 300 米 for deep sea sand mining applications.

Yes. Trident submersible motors carry a standard 12-month (1-year) warranty.

Yes. From a nameplate photograph we reverse-engineer a form-fit TKBS replacement with matching mounting, shaft and terminal dimensions, engineered in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.

按规格定制电机的交期是多久？

平均交期为 12 至 16 周，按规格定制。约定交期载于商务报价，贵方书面批准设计之日即为生产计时起点。电机优先以预装电缆交付，电缆在工厂密封并测试。
